Delivery timelines depend on your location:
Main cities: Up to 2 working days after order confirmation
Remote or non-major areas: May take longer, based on courier availability
While you wait for your router, you can insert your activated Vnet SIM into any compatible smartphone or tablet to start using your unlimited internet immediately.
Your Vnet 5G Unlimited Internet plan includes an 18-month service commitment (18 billing cycles).
If you choose to terminate your service before completing this period, you’ll be responsible for the remaining device cost, calculated as:
(Device Price including VAT) ÷ 18 × Number of Unbilled Cycles Remaining
This agreement is formalized through a promissory note signed digitally via Saudi Arabia’s official Nafith government platform. The note is automatically canceled once you either:
Complete your 18-month commitment, or
Settle any applicable early termination fees
Yes. A refundable deposit equal to one month’s subscription fee (excluding VAT) is collected at service activation.
For active accounts: The deposit is fully refunded before your third bill is issued.
For disconnected accounts: The deposit is applied toward any outstanding balance on your final invoice.
Invoice Date: Generated on the 1st of every month
Payment Due Date: 25th of the same month
⚠️ Important Payment Policy:
If payment is not received by the 25th, your service will be Soft Disconnected (SD) on the 26th.
If the balance remains unpaid through the end of the following month, your account will be Hard Disconnected (HD).
To reactivate after disconnection, you must pay:
The overdue invoice
The upcoming month’s subscription fee
Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once:
Your subscription has been activated, and
Your order has been handed over to the delivery partner
